Corval Avenue Select Credit Fund

Pick and choose which investments suit you.  Corval Avenue Select Credit Fund allows members to choose their own investment portfolios.

Here’s how it works.  Corval Avenue will originate loan opportunities with borrowers and transactions that meet our stringent guidelines.  We will then invite investors to participate in Mortgage Investments as they become available. An opportunity flyer containing key details about the Mortgage Investment will be emailed to all Members and include information about:

• borrower, mortgagor and guarantor details;
• proposed loan amount;
• description of the security property including the maximum LVR;
• term of loan;
• rate of interest payable by the borrower, including the higher rate of interest payable on default (if applicable);
• amount of income expected to be payable to you;
• fees and charges payable to Corval Avenue; and
• any specific features or additional risks that may apply to the Mortgage Investment

You will be invited to express your interest to participate in the Syndicate and indicate the amount you wish to allocate to that Mortgage Investment. Allocations will be made on a ‘first-in, first-served’ basis until the Mortgage Investment is fully subscribed.

The final terms of the Mortgage Investment, together with the amount you have allocated, will be provided in the Syndicate PDS.

Interest rates are set by Corval Avenue, based on prevailing market conditions, loan and security type (including location), and other deal specific factors.

This fund may be suitable for retail investors seeking regular fixed-income style returns and do not require short-term liquidity in their investment as real estate debt is an illiquid asset class.

The term of a loan may be between six to 36 months but the majority of loans are written for 12 to 18 months.

These documents provide more information about the fund itself, and explain who it might be suitable for.
