Since launching in 1999, Corval Avenue’s mortgage investments have successfully financed an extensive range of property projects across the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane as well as some major regional centres across the east coast of Australia. This includes loans for the purchase and subdivision of land holdings, construction financing through to equity release loans on apartments, townhouses and detached residential homes.

Corval Avenue has settled more than 275 first mortgage investments totalling more than $1 billion in the five years to June 2025. On average, Corval Avenue manages a portfolio of between 40 and 60 active loans, all secured over real estate assets and construction projects.

Corval Avenue is highly experienced at facilitating a range of specialised loans at competitive rates, including:
